Account Management
2.1 Account Security

2.2 Account Verification
The 13bdt platform may request documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents on time may delay the payment process or result in the account being temporarily suspended.
2.3 Account Closure
You may request the closure of your account at any time through our support team. Likewise, 13bdt reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal
The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳200 (two hundred taka). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Transactions below these amounts cannot be processed.
3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, the verification process may take additional time. For bank transfers, the bank's own processing time may apply.
3.4 Third-Party Transactions Prohibited
Using a payment account registered in someone else's name for deposits or withdrawals is strictly prohibited. Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
Bonus and Promotion Policy
4.1 Welcome Bonus
On your first deposit at 13bdt, you will receive a 100% bonus up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns you a ৳1,000 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳42,000 would apply the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 — giving a total balance of ৳62,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not included. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses may only be used on eligible games.
- Bonus abuse through multiple accounts or from the same device / network will result in cancellation.
- Bonuses are not directly withdrawable as cash — withdrawal is possible only after the wagering requirements are met.
- 13bdt reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer.
4.4 VIP Program
13bdt has three VIP tiers for regular players: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The Bronze tier offers a weekly cashback of up to 0.4%, Silver up to 0.8%, and Gold up to 1.2%. You have the opportunity to advance to a higher tier based on your regular activity and loyalty.
Fair Play and Prohibited Activities
5.1 Fraud and Manipulation Prohibited
Any form of fraud, gaining unfair advantage through software, operating bots or automated programs, and any attempt to manipulate outcomes are strictly prohibited on the 13bdt platform. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed immediately and all associated winnings will be forfeited.
5.2 Anti-Money Laundering
13bdt is firmly committed to preventing money laundering and illegal financial transfers. If suspicious financial activity is detected, we reserve the right to report it to the relevant authorities and place the associated account under investigation.
5.3 Betting Restrictions
13bdt reserves the right to limit the bet amount for any user, or to restrict them from certain games or markets, particularly when unusual betting patterns are detected.
